I recently attended his Wellbeing & Mindfulness Day. Excellent location with a day packed full of interesting information and guidance, including two exercise classes all conducted by Luke and a cold water dip (optional). Finishing with a relaxation session.

The program is 12 weeks, we do have a membership option to follow up the success you will gain from the 12 week program.
NO, I can create your exercises to be either home workouts with equipment you already have, or bodyweight. I can even include Pilates based workouts tailored to your needs. If you have a gym membership we can discuss what your gym has and again, write your plans with this in mind.
Absolutely! This program is designed with busy people in mind, cutting out all the noise of nonsense you read online. Keeping the things that make the difference to you. We tailor the program to you so theres no generic nonsense.
Again, no. I am a professional Personal Trainer with 15 plus years of experience. I will ensure that the plans are progressive and adaptive. meaning they will challenge you but in line with your goals. I can write the plans to start for the absolute beginner to the advanced individual.
I offer weekly check in's and I will also add you to my coaching group where there are already like minded people. I also have a chat function on the app, so you can send over questions.
In short, no. Due to the online nature and the way the app works, you will have access immediately to my library of information and expertise that I have taken 15+ years to curate. So unfortunately this is a non refundable program.
