About Luke Collins Health and Wellbeing

My Mission

At Luke Collins Health and Wellbeing, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing through education, support, and personalised care. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a vibrant and fulfilling life, and I am here to help you achieve that goal.


Mission Statement

“My mission is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health and well-being through personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. As a dedicated health and wellbeing coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist, I aim to inspire sustainable habits, nurture confidence, and create tailored strategies that align with each client’s unique goals. I believe in a holistic approach that combines physical strength, balanced nutrition, and mental well-being to foster a vibrant, empowered, and fulfilling life.”

The Team

Our team is one. I am a certified health and wellbeing coach accredited by the PCI (personalised care institute) and the association for coaching. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. From long term sustainable change through offering a client centred approach. Using tools to help guide you to your personal goals. I can also offer  personal training, nutrition, massage therapy and rehab. 

My Approach

At Luke Collins Health and Wellbeing, I take a comprehensive approach to wellbeing that considers all aspects of your life, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, habit change and more. We work with you to develop a personalised plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.

My Qualifications

At Luke Collins Health and Wellbeing, I take a comprehensive approach to qualifications and have worked hard in gaining industry leading qualifications and keeping them up to date through regular up-skilling. This ensures I stay up to date with all of my Certifications.
